Modern retreat for international family to relax and enjoy miami in. Challenged by low ceilings we took advantage of every opportunity to accentuate the vertical. Millwork and custom furniture by Robicara.
Designed for the Russian developer Mirax as a turnkey residence for their clients we tailored it to be rich, sophisticated, relaxed and well equipped to enjoy the amenities of South Florida. The house featured vintage furniture, robins custom designed ROBICARA pieces and the artwork of Iran Issa-Khan.
A transformation from a more than traditional interior the palette took on the reflections of its sea views.
Complimenting our clients collection of Modern Art, Chinese antiques, and his love of Buddhas this project joined 5 apartments with views on the Hudson. Mirroring the actual Statue of Liberty seen out the window is Warhols iconic version.
Designed to take full advantage of the 6 bay windows on Central Park this moderne backdrop for art is a delicacy of woods, white marble and lacquer. Custom ROBICARA pieces compliment our clients collection.

To capture my aesthetic for our Fisher Island project words that come to mind are sophisticated, casually elegant, simplistic, relaxed and fresh.
“In a way that is our approach to mostly all our projects no matter the particular style, but the client i was targeting for sol was very specific. I imagined palazzo as a second home for a couple in their 50/60’s with young adult children, probably from the Midwest and definitely with refined tastes. They are collectors that enjoy the winter weather escape to Miami arriving in time for Art Basel and all that is social Miami.
